Cody Abrachinsky lives and works in Bethlehem, PA. Throughout his career as an artist, Cody has been unpacking the underpinnings of modern art movements such as abstract-expressionism, minimalism and pop-art. His recent work explores notions of consumerism through satirical imagery and experimental mediums. Cody obtained his BFA from Moravian College in 2019, and graduated as president of Kappa Pi International Arts Fraternity. Post-graduation, he had his first major art exhibition at Bethlehem House Gallery. Since then, Cody has exhibited at Soft Machine Gallery, Allentown Art Museum and The Baum School of Art. Cody is a current artist in residence, long-time volunteer, and former SBFA Gallery assistant at the Banana Factory. Cody is currently pursuing his Master of Arts in Teaching and K/12 certificate to become a full-time art teacher.
