Order, proportion, and symmetry as some would argue? Or, more abstractly, a sight that evokes deep love and desire? The arts are inseparably linked to the exploration of beauty and aesthetics. Many artists are driven by the quest to capture or create works of great beauty, or conversely motivated by a desire to challenge or dismantle the conventions of beauty.
